• 3 Horizontal plate freezers, holding 1.3 tonnes each with a total daily capacity of 30 tonnes
• Storage space for 1500 pallets
• Temperature maintained at -25oC
• Computerised stock reports
• Open 24 hours per day from midnight on Sunday until Saturday lunchtime

        Development & expansion plans

We are currently extending our factory to add three new packing lines and an additional 300 tonnes of Blast freezing capacity.  This development should be completed by April 2001.
